All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. To speak with a Financial Aid volunteer, please call 253.851.8800 and leave a message with your full name (last name spelled), phone number, the best time to call back, and a brief description of your need. A volunteer will return your call as soon as possible.  

The following are outside our scope:

 Phone and internet bills, rental deposits/move-in costs, membership fees, credit card payments , car payments, registration, impound fees, Insurance

Additional criteria:

• Photo ID for each adult family member

• Proof of residence in our service area, such as a current bill showing your name and address

• Supporting documentation for your request (e.g., bills, estimates, rental agreements)
